   ...s of driving. We went out there in December and neither I nor my spouse are into the gambling or drinking. Lots of really nicely themed hotels to see and take pictures of. Buy a ticket on a tourbus to Grand Canyon. Its easier than driving there and there are some small stops on the way. The food is good in the buffets, but not very cheap. You can get cheaper (but fast food) around the main strip. There is lots of shopping - both discount and high end (Ceaser's Palace). Its really not a place take your child. Also - try to stay right on the main Strip. There is enough walking to do and if you stay even a block of strip, it can be pretty run down....

   I donot think so: ...t time (to get EI) you need 910 hours which is around 6 months of work and for subsequent EI claim you need just 600 hours which is around 4 months of work. If you are with a large family (children), you get lots of free payout from the govt.. Food banks welcome people with EI to give you food. You can do a free course of upto 28,000 $ fee (Incl.    ...experience. I asked DriveTest guys to accept my driving experience but as usual....NO!!!. Needed a letter either from home country or certificate from Counsulate. NO luck from Janak Puri District Centre even after offering some seva pani... I tried with Indian Counsulate and they issued the letter on a blank paper (no letter head) with stamp. I tried the same at Brampton, Mississauga and all but again no luck. Then thought to give a try at Burlington, Guelph etc...and it worked. Have a half day off and try outside of our Desi areas. Good luck to all!!!

   ...light. i boarded the flight at trivandrum on 22nd 430 am IST and was supposed to reach toronto by 930 pm eastern time.. but due to technical faults the flight was delayed by around 22hrs at bermingham.... we were inside the flight for around 6hrs and then taken to a hotel around 40min away and put up there for around 8-9 hrs and no food was given.. then we were taken back to the airport by 11am and then again there was delay and finally the flight started off around 4-430 pm.... we were given a coupon of 5pounds for food in the airport... i am very angry at what airindia people had done and want to file a complaint against their in humane behaviuor.... please suggest some ...

   ...This is Mr. Massood's column. But your post raises a serious question. When your son is holding Indian Passport his citizenship is deemed to be Indian. If you declare it to be something else does he not lose his Indian passport? Will that not cause complexities? I am assuming here that he is citizen by birth of some other country and his CPR mentions his citizenship as Indian.
