As long as her Passport and PR is not expired Canada doesn't care when she exits and re enters Canada. The 6 Month validity rule is only applied by Indian embassy for Visa stamping and issuing. She does not need that as she is still an Indian citizen on an Indian Passport traveling back to her home country India.
