Description: Job responsibilities:
1) Operate auto mask making machine and packing unit
2) Load raw materials and set up the machine
3) Monitor the process and ensure any non-compliant products are identified on line and taken out of line for further processing
4) Labelling of boxes, packing finished masks in boxes and cartons and stacking them at designated areas and then loading them onto delivery vehicles.
5) Ensure production and QC procedures are followed strictly.
6) Keep a detailed record and documentation of the process and QC/QA parameters as per the guidelines
7) Troubleshoot and rectify the problems
8) Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic workspace.
9) Follow all safety standards and protocols and COVID procedures as mandated by regulators.
10) Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
1) Should have worked on production machine for atleast 2 years.
2) Have basic knowledge of troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
3) Good command over written and spoken English. Knowledge of Chinese language will be an added asset though not essential.
4) Should be willing to learn new skills
Working Conditions:
1) Follow strict Covid protocols
2) Must wear full PPE during work
3) Will be exposed to high frequency ultrasonic noise. Ear muff/ Protectors will be provided
4) Long hours of standing, bending, carrying, reaching, lifting ( upto 50Lbs) will be routine.
Qualification:
1) Minimum High School Diploma mandatory.
2) Any added technical qualification will be an asset
