1. Chocolates(Not Kit-Kat/Cadbury/Nestle etc.) Something from Laura Secord(did I get the name right?) perhaps.

2. Johnny Walker scotch - above Red Label / Single Malt -Glenfidich

3. Genuine leather apparel

4. Canadian Maple Syrup

5. T-Shirts/caps/duffel bag/carry ons with Canadian logo/flag

And...ummmm yes!

One pretty Canadian woman if you can manage:D

I just visited India last month (after 7 years). For the most part I carried chocolates and perfumes.

Chocolates - If you're in Toronto, there's an outlet on Birchmount, just north of Lawrence (I don't have the exact address). There's a sign, right on the road. This place is open on Thu & Fri 9.30 to 4.30 only. Good, brandname and cheap chocolates. I've seem the same brands at Walmart recently.

Perfumes - There's a wholesaler at Steeles/Torbram, SE corner - AG Liquidators, very reasonably priced. U don;t have to buy in wholesale.

Other than that, T-shirts, I picked them up at the roots sale at CNE in the spring, good and cheap t-shirts.

Also carried some crystalware serving dishes etc, picked up at that place.... just can't remember the name. They have a sale once a year in Sep/oct timeframe. It's at Lawrence & Railside, just west of Victoria Park.

Hope that helps
