One is at Downsview - Keele and Lawrence and the other one is on 545 Markham Road - Cedarbare library .Both libraries have the lawyer coming in on Thursday evening but prior appointments need be done .

Does anyone know about cheap Notaries in Toronto .If yes please provide details.

The libraries mentioned do have a free service but have limitations to what they can notarize. If anyone know a cheap notary for a travl document-please help!!!!

Go to any "Multi Cultural Center". Ask for Notary. They charge very nominal fee.
