I am not into software
Over the last 6 years i have done the following:

1) Helpdesk on the phone
2) Deskside helpdesk
3) System administrator on Windows Nt4 and Windows 2003
4) Project Management involving client technologies like ghosting, computer images, SMS servers and so on.
