Hi,
What would be a BUYER's PRICE at BRAMPTON (Close to Dixie/Sandalwood).
The house is 1521 Sq ft Semi-Detached and it is only 3 years old. Unfinished Basement.
Thanks a Lot

After some long discussion and valuable advice given to you by myself and Rajeev you are asking a real dumb question.

Why do not you consult a professional Realtor?

Hey Amit,
Whats your Problem. Why does it hurt YOU so much.
This was a General Post and NOT directed towards anyone in specific.
This is an Open Forum and I can ask any Question, I wish.
If someone is interested - will answer my question. But not a rude one like yours.
I think, you are a Real Dumb Realtor out there who thinks himself to be The Smartest Ass.
Look Around and take it easy - you will get plenty of business.

This an open forum, I agree. I have enough business, you do not worry.

I contribute my time and professional advice to my community and believe in giving quality and service. If you are so ignorant that you do not value professional advice than you should not beat around the bush.

How much a home is worth is a professional's work. Finding out the price of any property can take some good time and still one cannot give you an exact price without looking at the property physically. So anyone who knows the business well, might consider your question silly.

If someone else would have asked a similar question, I would have definitely given him/her some idea of the price. But you have been contemplating buying a home and you were advised the right step that you should have followed in order to save your money and time. If you had some respect you would have listened and hired a Realtor.

It would be much appreciated if you refrain from using 'French' on this web site.

I was once told by someone - If you are upset about anything, drink 4 glasses of cool water, wait for sometime (could be anywhere from 30 mins to a few hours), and only then respond.

Well, you know what - I can say for sure, I have absolutely no respect for people like you. For the basic fact that, Someone who is rude to someone, he doesnot even know and also for no reason.
You do not have a point to get rude on me, in the first place. That is simply Not Acceptable. I am respectful to people who respects me - it does not come for free.
Who are you to judge whether my question is Silly or not ? Is this a School and you are the Teacher ? If you feel uncomfortable - don't respond. Did I ask you to respond ?
If I need professional advice - I will pay and not come to this site for that and not from you for sure. A forum is a forum where one can freely discuss any issue that is healthy and all discussions helps scores of other people who visit the site.
As far as house prices are concerned, it does not need a 'Rocket Scientist' to figure out the approximation and I can do that as well. I only wanted to see, if someone has any opinion. There are lots of Indians who buy property in Brampton and visits this site as well.
Once again, this question was not directed to any Realtor on the site. If someone has a healthy comment - I always appreciate that. I believe, there are scores of other people who visit this site. I did not ask for any exact prices also. Lots of people are buying houses in Brampton, so if someone has something to say from their experience, can join in and mebbe it will lead to an interesting talk. That was all my intent.
You unnecessarily made a 'Mountain out of a Mole Hill' for whatever your intentions may be.

Ok.. I think there are 2 options:

1. Look in MLS for similar homes in your area and you will get an idea on the price.
2. Call a Real Estate Agent. They will give you an estimate on price with no Obligation (sometimes over the phone). You can deduct about 20k from what they say to get to the price your home will be actually worth. They usually tell a very high price to get you interested..
