I was pretty much ready to send my application to Quebec process, but I am having second thought about it now.
I found this link and I calculated my points and I hardly get 45 points without calculating language part. According to this form, pass mark is 68. That means I need to get 23 out of 24 in language section. There is no way I am going to be able to do that as I know a very little French.

On the other hand, when I did my preliminary evaluation in the site below (it is linked to Quebec Immigration website), it tells me I am qualified for Quebec Immigration.

I was able to verify that federal process accepts part-time work experience, but I was not able to find if Quebec accepts it. I have only one year of full-time work experience and that was what I wrote in that preliminary evaluation and it still tells me I am qualified.
Which site should I believe? Should I forget Quebec and go for the Federal process?
If somebody is nice enough to calculate my points and give me some ideas, here are some information about me and my family.
-BS in Management with Information Systems emphasis and MA in Public Policy from a US university (total 18 years of education--12+4+2)

ka-yamba,
Thanks for the link. I went through that link and it takes me to the same link I have mentioned above (with IP address showing up in address bar)
Here it is again: http://206.162.174.213/dpi/index.jsp?languageCode=en
I did my evaluation again and it tells me I am qualified. I even did without my master's degree and it still tells me I am qualified. I wonder if this really works.
