Applying for immigration visa is not enough to prove your ties to Canada.

If you are an employee of the company in Canada and if they are asking for you to come to States then they can Sponser B1 Visa.

As a visiter you will get B2 visa which is purely for Pleasure/Visit.

i am working in canada

i have an offer from american company

i am not landed to canada my immigration is in process

can i apply for B1 visa from toronto or ottawa or its better i should apply from india.
