Hello Mr Masood,
I had done my inital landing in June 2003. On landing, I had submitted the list of things to follow to the Customs Office. However, I just stayed there for 2 weeks and then returned back to my country of residence.
I am now going back for permanent to Torontp. Since it has been more than 2 years, the list of things to follow is no more the same.
Can I submit a new list of things to follow on this occasion. Will the Customs accept the new list.
Shall appreciate your feedback.
Regards,

You can't amend the 'To follow list'. You are not landing again. You are simply travelling back to Canada, your place of permanent residence.

Dear Mr. Masood,
Thanks for your response.
One more question about funds declared on landing. I had declared USD 25000 when I landed in Jun 2003, which I took back with me to my country of residence (but not declared while returning). I am not sure whether the law of declaring funds in excess of CAN$10000 was applicable at taht time.
Now, can I take back the same money or even more money, and declare the same with Customs. Any tax implications.
Regards,
I apologize.
I felt it would be awesome if we get such a chance to amend it.
Being a victim of this (I didn't add my Car and some furnitures based a wrong Calculation), I just sighed up, Wrong were icons were picked.

You can carry any amount, if amount is above CAD 10,000 you will have to declare it at customs by filling one page simple form.
Once you are resident of Canada you are liable to file income tax return there for all your global income. That is the tax implication!
But if you have not opened any bank account etc. you maybe able to avoid this requirement, but you may like to consult some tax consultant on this.
Broadly if the money is from your savings before you landed, you should be OK.
