Not really
You have ot land before your Landing date otherwise your PR visa will be invalid

We will find a way or we will make one
I believe I shall be in same position like you some day. I applied for PR from india and then came to US on H1b.
If I were you, I would go ahead and atleast take the PR card.
More appropriate to do so if you are not working and your husband is not being sponsored by the employer for US Green Card. It takes around 4-7 years to get green card in US. You already have it in hands, for Canada, which is equally good if you see the economy.
get your PR card. I have a cousin who let his go coz he thought hell get a green card throgh his H1 visa . its been 7 yrs and no sigh of it . he feels bad he missed his oppertunity. do your landing and go back. you still have 3 yrs to come back and settle for good
thankyou all of you for being so supportive and kind i was having the same idea in mind thanx once again friends
