Hello SIr,

I am currently on my work permit, and wish to apply for my Immigration asap.

1. Is it true that my arranged employment is only valid, if my work permit is exactly valid for 12 months. As if i apply in Jan-mid, and my visa is valid till dec 2006?
Would i still be ok?

2. I missed mentioning one 6 month long work exp on my study permit?

Does it mean i cant mention it now on my immigration and get points for it??

I had "forgot" to mention about three years of experience as i was told it would hurt my student visa thing. I applied for immigration and had the interview and had no problem.

A buddy of mine did the same thing and his file was rejected.......so its upto you.

i read your post about work exp.I have problem that i didnt show my work exp when i applied for study permit and it was for 2 year now i applied for immigration if they ask for interview what should i answer???and what they ask??
