Now I am really getting sick of you - and you are testing my patience man!
1. for the second time - read carefully, it is Chandresh, not Chandrashekhar!
2. I might have a problem with my english - I was not born as an english speaking person, but if I have a problem, then you have a greater problem. Just look at your posts and decide for yourself.
3. Not waiting for PR card DOES not mean automatically that he did not carry his PR card. Numerous persons, specially those working and living in the US, make their landing, compete the formalities, go back to US in 3-4 days and ask their friend/relative to send the PR card to them by mail/courier or through someone travelling to their place.
4. The immigration dept has no way of knowing whether or not one waited to get his PR card in Canada in many cases, specially for those coming from countries where there is no stamp on passport when you leave or enter (and mind you there are many such countries for your information), since there is no immigration done while leaving Canada.
5. So if you do not wait for your PR card in Canada, you DON'T have to necessarily get a visa to enter. You can enter after you have gone back to your country and got the PR card delivered to you.
I know you wanted to shout at me in your previous post - but you were shouting for wrong reasons and based on wrong explanation.
