I would give conservatives a chance. We know what liberals can do and we do not like it . They have produced a surplus (by overtaxing us)

Producing a surplus is not entirely a bad thing! Resultant interest rates across the economy have been lower, if you own a house and had a mortgage over the past few years, your savings on interest should have offset a significant portion of those 'higher taxes'.

quote]

Low interest rates in recent past having to do like in tune and reflecting global environment of low interest ekdum nothing with surplus, lakin apun knowing that macec 101 tolding that surplus meaning gorement holding back on the expenses so less money in market ergo less inflation thus lower interest rates lakin not this time round. Many plenty factors in equation yeh din mein.

Aur mamu y offseting low rates of mortgage with 'higher taxes'. Low taxes aur low interest mortgage pe kyun nahin?Matlab do do hona chhayiye.

Don't worry BL. Minority Govt won't last for more than a couple of years!

:D. It'll be interesting to see. The tories have the stage now, let's see what show they put on, certainly hope its a good one. Hopefully they'll tackle real issues rather than focusing their efforts on religious agendas. I'm curious to see how they handle the healthcare issue. In all fairness, Harper should get a fair shot at proving himself.

Btw the guy who distributed the pahmphlet I was speaking of before lost, the Libs. won in my riding. I did my part. :)

How predictable......immigrant dominated cities kicked Tories on their ass....it was a singnal to Canadian politicians.....when it come to intellectual decision making....we immigrants beat rest of Canada.....This was a time for change.....it may be our loss by not electing PC.......nothing to smile about
I want to ask Liberal supporters.....why Paul Martin is stepping down.....a defeat after 12 years is not a big issue..........or the L-company is in real mess....Well !!!! Leader is expected to know it best......;)
