Please tell me, I am on a Student Visa( not married) in Canada for 4 years. Can I bring my spouse who may want to study also after getting married on a spouse visa or study visa. Can a spouse get work permit and study permit together?Where should we apply? Spouse visa in India and study visa/ work permit in canada? Please clarify this. Thanks

Your spouse can get a visa on the grounds that she'll accompany you. She can also apply for student visa if she intends to study in Canada.
She may be allowed to work only if she is accompanying you [not on student visa]
She should apply in the country where she is currently residing [not visiting] i.e. India.
If she comes here as a visitor [accompanying spouse] and changes her mind and wants to study, she will have to apply for student visa. She may be asked to leave and apply from outside Canada.
