I hope that you don't regret that you were once offered the chance of going to Canada but you didn't seize the opportunity.......

If any one knows weather we can use landing order fee for new application. I could not land to canada before expiration of my immigrant visa. Now I want to apply again under family sponsorship by my wife.
Instead of refund can I use the old landing order fee for new application.
