I had been in discussion with 8/10 strangers this week and the topic of canadian job market was the topic. According to the information I got, in a period of 5 to 7 years major canadian population would retire and create plenty of job slots, waited to be filled. They are anticipating around 40% approximate work force retirement, according to the age statistics of Canada. If this is true there would be more demand than supply for various positions and lot of openings for people who are struggling currently to secure a position in their field of expertise. If this is true it would be worth it to update and equip ourselves for the upcoming opportunity.

A very GOOD and INTERESTING finding but IRONICALLY my personal views are that immigrants will keep on struggling .
Anyways these findings gives a HOPE .
