I've edited this post to remove certain references including Salary range etc..,
In fact, the thread was little about my initial transition to GTA, my experience with recruiters and certain IT experience that seem to be running in good momentum...Also monster.ca and workopolis are my top sites I used for applying Jobs.

If you've any questions about Oracle DBA, Oracle ERP DBA, recruitment agencies and anything else you feel I could provide info.. Pls let me know.

I'm finding it hard to classify the interview of any specific sort.
For a senior person, they don't ask more tech questions but Mgmt related.
Results are informed very slow. I've done one final, it was good.
Let us see..
But generally, things look good for IT..

Pls. do not hesitate to ask me if you have any specific questions..
