Hi Guys,
I arrived in TO on work permit in last August and stayed about 150 days for the tax purpose. NOw I am sort of confused if I have to fill up forms acording to deemed resident or non resident.
Please advice me to get my first tax return filed.

Yes You can File a return and also can have some money back from the Govt. Consult accountant
