Hi,

You can email me your Updated Resume and in Subject give reference of CANADIAN DESI. Being a recruitment agency, we get over 100 resumes everyday so practically its impossible to contact everyone...so if you give 'Canadian Desi's reference, I am sure to review your reusme on priority.

At INTEQNA, we don't deal with many Telecom companies but we have lot of System Integrators as our clients who work in Telecom sector. Anyway do send me your resume and hopefully if I have any matching roles, we can have further discussions. If not, we can always stay in touch for any future roles.

I got pretty good responses forwarding my resume to major IT recruiters like Manpower, CNC Global, Quantum etc. One thing that helped me a lot was to create a skills matrix. Google 'skills matrix' if you don't know what it is.
