If I have to hire anyone in Ontario, I would prefer a white with good education background over an Indian with a Indian degree. I know most people will disagree but it's my opinion and I am saying on behalf of these pts:-
1) communication skills.
2) good knowledge of locality and can easily get along with others in neighbor hood areas if marketing is important to my business.
3) I have done Indian degree as well as canadian degree, and I feel canadian education put more emphasis on practical knowledge then an indian degree, where only marks count and every one wants to stand top in class without prooper knowledge of subject.
4) MOST IMPORTANT, white will come on time.
5) less or no corruption in whites as compared to Indians.
6) no buttering by whites for promotion or stiffen.
And the list goes on……………
But if I have Japanese and a white, then I would prefer Japanese. There will other strong reasons leaving apart communication for hiring him.
With my experience I analyzed following things on the human race:-
1) black, they don’t want to do work with hand. I have visited south Africa last yr and have seen a man wasting his bullet for a food as he don’t want to work to earn money for eating food. And similarly in my last attended univ, our sports teacher was not doing his job properly so was fired. And at my current work place, a is not working up to the mark a normal man should. So everyone is not happy with him….
2) Indians, the problem with them is they have CHALTA HAI attitude. As long as they have things going they will never try to improve on it. And giving u example, I met a guy in transport business in India. He has 10 trucks running from Punjab to Mumbai, one of which is very old and is supposed to be given rest and should not be allowed to ride on road. The owner didn’t listen to anyone and one day the tire’s of truck got bust and the truck collided with the school van. The driver got killed, 4 children’s got killed. So when I asked the owner how he managed to get that truck in real bad shape to move on road, he replied “INDIA HAI SAB KUCH CHALTA HAI”
3) Whites, they people are best in doing things. They keep the future in mind and see things 50yrs after building them. All western countries are build by whites, all Indian road network was build by britishers. Except of few lines layed by Indians. Shimla Chandigarh road was built by them, and even Chandigarh was planned by white man.

I'm sorry, but you can't just paint all white people with the same brush or black people or indians for that matter.....this is major stereotyping!
