Can someone please let me know which form needs to be taken to the DMP for the medicals that a spouse needs to go through ? (before filing for the application).

Also, where can the forms specific to New Delhi be downloaded ?

My wife's passport is with them. Just wondering if any of you guys know if it is for sure that they have decided to issue the visa. Or is it still possible that they may surprise us with an interview letter or ask for more documentation.

New Delhi office tried to reach my wife on phone but she wasn't available. They never called again and then online status changed to 'Decision Made'. I guess they then just decided to issue visa without any further investigations. I hope that is what it is..

i have submitted my PP alongwith Foreign travel form on 28th Aug tco CHC Delhi. do anybody have idea how long it will take to get my PP back with visa. My processing is started on 9th aug and got PPR on 23rd Aug.

I have been looking around this forum for a long time and it has been helpful in providing a lot of information.

I was just wandering in my case New Delhi started processing my wives file on 17th October and since then we haven't heard anything. Is this gap normal now-a-days and is there anybody with a similar timeline.

Senior members please provide your opinion also.

My case is pretty much straight forward. My wife has never travelled outside the country. Her last name has been changed in her passport, spouse name has been also endorsed on both her and mine passport, i have provided around 100 photographs which includes Roka function, engagement, marriage, reception and honeymoon photos. also given them honeymoon hotel bills etc. In a nut shell done everything as far as i know.

My time line

5th Sep 2007: File sent to CPCM
7th Sep 2007: CPCM recieved file
3rd Oct 2007: Sponsorship accepted and letter sent the same day
9th Oct 2007: I recieved the sponsorship acceptance letter
17th Oct 2007: ND started processing
22nd Oct 2007: E-cas updated to IN-Process

sbhan, you all set buddy. your wife is going to be here within no time (obviously with 100 photographs you cant expect otherwise) just keep your fingers crossed and she will be here soon and, then be prepard... she will ask you to sponsor her parents too, her younger brother too who she loves to death, if she has one.., if you don't agree problems will start right there and then.....and down the road she may probably start liking goras once here and hating shitty desis and probably run off with some trashy gora if she is good looking and finds a gora to like her too.. otherwise they will use her for a while and then she will move to another stupid desi after failing to get a gora... or within some time will marry another desi 4-5 years younger than her... she might want to continue education and will wait to do that after she is done with education first... lot of opportunities for some of these women who we bring here.. but not all are same.. .we all like to think oh mine cant be/isn't that type.. but most of them turn out to be that type.. wish you luck buddy... i am in the same boat so dont feel offended.. and before they move here they will make sure they pleased all there boyfriends back there... i mean she knows she has gotten married to a person who has seen it all, tried it all.. why shouldn't she.. check this site..
