Dear CD'S,

This is in reference to my wife's PR sponsership timeline. I need some help and advice!!!

e-Client Application Status

1ST STAGE:
Sponsorship Application Status ---Decision Made
Details: We received your application to sponsor on September 06, 2005.

We started processing your application on September 26, 2005.

We sent you a letter on November 24, 2005 about the decision on your application.

2ND STAGE:
Permanent Residence Application Status--In Process
We started processing your application on December 08, 2005.

It's been more than 4 months since it's been in 2nd stage and no progress. My wife did her medical on march of 2005.

Can anyone advice me why such a long delay? How long will it take more to get her PR.

Hi,

Did your spouse received any letter to send the passport?? This timeline is bit unusual. I think it would have been faster if you had done upfront medicals.
You can check with Delhi CIC by sending them an email or fax.

Write a letter or send an e-mail to remind them whether they are actiive or still sleeping

Your sending a letter or an e-mail will never be an adverse effect of ur application - thats there choice to give reply or not

As per me better to do correspondence with them

My e-client changed to "decision made" today. Hopefully we'll hear something from CIC soon.

heartly congratulations

As u know my e-client status shows Decision Made on last Monday 11th April 2006 but till now my wife hasn't recd. her passport back.

Let's see I think now we both can guess dates to rec. passport.

I think ur wife has already sent letter ot CIC - pls tell me on which date they recd. ur wife passport.

Also Is on Moday 17th April 2006 the CIC new Delhi was open.
