Hi there
I am a s/w engineer in bangalore , india who is planning to immigrate to canada, can you help me in deceding which is the best immigration consultant in india, i have these in my list- abhinav , canaachieve and passportcanada.com.

Is 67 the current passing marks ????

SAJ Lawyers ( passportcanada.com) have been very helpfull till date, in my case.
Can't say about others.

You must be very brave to apply for immigration to this country, especially from a field like software!

Here if you go to placement agencies, among the first questions they ask is "How much weight can you lift?"

If you can afford to study here something related to your field, then there is some chance for a job though no guarantees.

Don't pay the money to agent/consultant.

No need to apply thru any consultant.
They will only fleece u of your money which can be put to better use.
Apply directly. All info is avilable on net at CIC website.

But if you need a representative, try the lawyer in good standing in Canada as http://www.passportcanada.com/www.canadaentry.com/www.sajlawyers.com." rel="nofollow">LINK They will not fleece u and also are under direct control of Canada Govt.

plz read the statics more software engineers have moved to india from U.S then the people moved from India to U.S
