My sister applied for her visitor visa to Canada. All the paper work was ok. I even send the decelaration from lawyer stating that my sister will obey all the regulations for visitor visas and would return back before her visa expiry. Still she didnt get the visa.
Question to experts is that is there any chance that i can appeal?
Your response is appreciated.
Thanks

It will not generate any result for you.
You can try reapply again where you try to convince the Visa officer. Sending a lawyer attested letter does not generate any result. Anyone can get this after paying $25 and Visa officer knows it.
If you reapply with the same credentials, trust me , your appln will again get rejected.
You shud only reapply, when there is a substantial change in your status, especially on the ones, for which ur visa got refused.
like combination of following
u,ve now strong country ties which was not the case earlier
strong financial condition
visited some other country
Strong reason that u'll return back to India
Still i wud say for unmarried people who are above 18 its really very hard to get tourist visa unless they have lots of property, vehicle, family, job, financially strong ........
Any reason for rejection provided by the dept.?
