I had a bad experience with them a few years back while flying to India and back. Lost luggage, really bad service in India, problems as CDG (Paris) Intl. airport, just to name a few.
I would not fly them again.

Am booked on British Midland which is cheapest at roundtrip of $1380 plus tax about $150
There is $1230 and $1280 but they are full on the days I wish to travel

It seems this agency does not cater to people travelling to Delhi for reasons better known to them!
I am looking for tickets to Delhi,India for April and gave them a call and this lady( not sure if it is Aisha or someone else) was so reluctant/rude. She said " i don't know whats with Delhi people.Why don't they go to their own people.I don't want to waste my time to take all the trouble to book the tickets and then they say give us discount"
I said " i haven't even started talking to you...."
she interrupted and asked me"have you ever travelled before"..i thought well yes i didn't come here on foot or swam across!!!!! but then i told her" yes"
She said"where did u book your tickets earlier"...i told her that it was in London so I can't go back to my agent now.
again she started with stuff about Delhi people...now I had to stop her and i said" I am sorry to have wasted our time and because i can't listen such things about Delhi people...i'll try somewhere else" and hung up.
Some of you may think it is stupid of me to narrate the whole thing but I somehow really felt bad and am trying to figure out what should I have said...why did she behave like that...how far can such desis go in their business if they are living with such sour attitude towards others?
To delhi, you can try the non stop continental flight out of Newark... works out cheaper too...
