Even though they are not admitting it , it looks like a case of drug overdose. A packet containing white powder has been recovered.
Papa had lots of money through his political career and son enjoyed his fathers money on drugs!
Just my assumption.

Sidenote : He has been on anti-depressents since for the past 3 years. The doctor says some other reason for his taking that. Time will tell the truth.

It looks like it is either an overdose or some countraband stuff.
Even if he recovers, he can kiss his political ambitions good bye !!!!

The latest news is that there "was no cocaine" in his blood sample. All the four who were with him at that time have surrendered in the presence of their lawyers (why they have to bring their lawyers??). Tests show some poisoning of the secretary Maitra. This is really getting hotter.

This is only a coverup operation by gopinath munde and the appolo hospital to save Rahul from litigation and his political career. There is already enough evidence of POT and even the witnessess confessed they had POT with the 2 before the incidence. However, in absence of a strong interested party to bring the case to its logical conclusion (the state police department is the only party to file the case and seek justice)...in all probability the 4 arrested will get some monetory fines (to be paid by BJP / Munde in appreciation of changing thier statements in favour of Rahul) and the case will get dismissed as food poisioning accident...
to indian politicians.The only possible problem could come from Vivek Moitra's family, if they are not taken care of (monetorily..)
