HI,
I have done Civil Engg. in India. I don't have any work experience in this field. Could anyone suggest me what i can do to get jobs in construction field? What can i study related to this field and where can i find more help on this?

May be you can take on the jobs of a salesperson for condo's , houses, apartments etc....... This is the closest job you can get w/o any experience and in your line. You can also try surveying and leveling in some comapny. A beginer is likely to get a job and it requires you to help on site.
of late, it looks like estimation is a good field in Canada. But they would be expecting some certificate course in this from Canada.

First steps would be to get your qualifications accredited or recognized in Canada. I know it sounds cliche but you need to, coz the construction methodolgies and instruments adopted back in the sub-continent and here may be different.
