I have transferred 3 Lacs rupees recently to my Dads acconut as he will be sponsoring my brother education to Canada.
I had taken this amount over the last year from my Dad. As my Dad is now etired , the sudeen increae of Rs. 3 Lacs might be a hinderence for the student visa , do I need my Dad to submit an effedevit that this was a loan amount which has been returned to him......................any advise
