Need a Answer to a Question, I got newly married this month in India and i am back in Canada alone, Now i want to apply Spouse visa for my wife.. the question is She has the passport in the with her family name (i.e name before Marriage), the question is

1.Do I have to change the Name in the Passport before filling the form?

2.Can I make this change after she lands her ?

3.How do i apply for the visitor visa for my parents from here?

You need not change her last name. If you want you can change after she comes here.

Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK to get information on how to file a visitor visa or your parents can go to the nearest canadian consulate office to get more information(there are many offices in India which accept applications for visitor visa).
