Is there any disadvantage in going with a celeron processor?
I use my computer only for surfing, e-mailing, playing music and basic stuff. No gaming or video applications. Is it OK to go with Celeron? The only memory crunching application I am planning is to use a TV tuner to capture some of shows.
On a side note, I currently have P3, and it is in process of dying down. Since it is 5 year old system, I am also forced to changed the motherboard and RAM
