As my parents are in Canada on visit Visa and they would like to visit U.S. I would like to know if there will be any problem applying for U.S Visit Visa from Canada.
Thanks
From what I have heard and seen, most US visitor visa applications made at a consulate in a third country (such as what you are referring to) are denied.
However, if your parents have brought with them every possible document that they could that is needed to support the visa application, then who knows, they might get lucky.
Also, note that they would need an appointment (at least for the Tor consulate) and there's a month to 2 month waiting time for the appointment.

Don't even try that.. I tried for my parents and got it rejected.. The policy is you have to apply only from your country of residence.
