I have to get my Qualification Degree Evaluated from Canadian Agency WES.

In the process of this "The Assessing agency "World Education Services Canada", requires my "Final Mark Sheet Copy duly signed by University Registrar and to be sent Directly to them in a SEALED Envelop."

I have the required form with me here but I donot know the fee and in whose favour I hav to send where to send the fee and application.

I have also checked on university website but it's not clear there.

If some one has info regarding this or has got the same done, please tell me.
