I applied for my PR from south africa. At that time you could file ur applcn from anywhere in the world.

I applied in august 2001, got my visa in march 2004.

I was falling 5 points short of the required to qualify. I got my PR visa with a interview waiver

may be from south africa it is possible......but still i dotnt believe you in wat u said.....if it is true then you are really lucky...if it is not then u are misguiding a person...who is in need of some genuine help.....
