Hi all. I am moving from Ontario to Quebec very soon. I was wondering what do I need to do to get my OHIP card transferred to Quebec. I presume i will need immediate medical help for my pregnant wife. Does it require transferring the OHIP from the Health Canada website?

Secondly, I need to know about transferring my Drivers License. What does that require?

You are covered by ohip for 3 months. Refer to Ramq(Quebecq public health care) website

You may want to check with Ohip on the length of coverage when outside Ontario.
