TD has the biggest ATM network and evening hour branches on weekends .Dont look further . It gives you all .

I would like to know though, how are CIBC's services better than PC ?
Can you please throw some light on this ??
(personally, i have an account with CIBC too, although I am not too pleased with their services, and once, i have even made them pay me an interest of 24 % per annum on something they screwed up)

I just try to share information that could be useful to all of us. But thanks for your compliments. I am sure many of us keep doing the same thing once we are settled here. Abt your Q, CIBC & PC Financial are the same company. PCF is a virtual bank unlike other major banks. The only way CIBC can be good as opposed to PCF is PERSONAL SERVICE. Now this depends largely on the person you deal with. The bank itself may be the cause to a certain extent. I have had very bad experience with 4 difft branches of TD including their call centre. So I personaly choose to stay away from TD. But I can't generalise and say that the bank itself is not good. I have worked with CIBC for 18 months, presently I work with RBC, by far #1 bank in Canada. I found huge difference between our approach towards customers between CIBC & RBC. Personally I have had very good experience with CIBC as a cust but yet when you look at the larger picture, I guess currently the choice should be in order of preference RBC/BNS/TD/CIBC/BMO...just my opinion...others may differ.
