i want to sponsor my parents on PR. i have a brother he is 25 year old. he has 1 years gap study after 22 age and he has external master degree. he is depend on my parents. can i sponsor him with my parents?

I have sponsered my brother as dependant. But in my case, he didnt have 1 year gap and I have applied when he was 17...and by the time we got interview he was 21 year old with no gap in study and doing master degree in univ.

Here is my expereince.

It was stated clearly, there shdnt be any gap in study more than 6 month....
Also, Immigration office have asked us to submit all the study papers with timeline. so I have made full word presentation which shows clearly them in which year he was doing what.. Also, they have asked to get the letter from each schools, each unviersity which can states tht he was the full time student doing this course and his presence from each school and university as reference. There was bunch of documents, I have submited with very good presentation.

And the outcome of this hard work we got visa stamped without any interview process.

can you get from anywhere that 1 year gap ..any enrollement papers will solve the problem.
Although, until your immigration file will be cleared he has to be full time student. so he shd start doing PHD soon...

I would suggest you not to go for immigration lengthy process, you can apply for his student visa bring him here to do another maters for 1.5 years..or just 6 mont if they recognize him..and then apply for immigration here..that is the best and fast way ...also it will change his outlook by going into univ..here and better prospect to get the job.
but he shd be confident..for all this...
anyways, tht is the whole point for immigration shd be..otherwise, dont bring him here to do labour job. india is booming with lots of job, so better to be there.
