There's lots of stuff you can give as a snack. My neice has these Ritz cheese filled crackers that are really quiet delicious if I do say so myself! Other suggestions:
Yoghurt
Cut veges with yoghurt or peanut butter
A sandwich
Fruit
Granola bars that don't contain nuts
I don't have kids so I'm sure there are others out there who may be able to give more suggestions.

dry Fruits.. like figs/apricots/dates, even dried apples , prunes
we get this Spring roll wraps.. u can stuff with veges/ or any left over's and pan fry previous night. goes good for breakfast or snacks.
muffins. banana cake..
now we get these in most Indian stores. cookies/short bread.comes in lots of flavours.. they make good quick snack.
Peanut butter is no, no......... because of nuts content.
My 5 yr old dd is a fussy eater but likes cinnamon-raisin bread, fruits, crackers with cream cheese, small bagel with cream cheese, bread with butter n jam, muffins, plain omelette, cheese strings, parle G biscuits - practically any finger food that wouldn't be messy.
hi there,
I always prepare lunch for my kids as follows----------
sandwich, chicken burger, baked fish, roti roll, chineese toast, doughnuts, spinach pakoras, chicken pasta, pizza, muffins, fresh chips. I think it will help you.
