Now it is start of winter howmany glass of water you drink these days including tea and coffee. i take 3 1/2 glass of water measuring 600ml (2 glass of water and 2 cups of tea)
I consume around 4 litres of plain warm to luke warm water.

I consume :
1 coffee at 10:00 am
2 glasses of water around 2:00 pm
7 glasses of water at 11:00 pm just before sleep.

Tourist,
I wake up atleast 3 - 4 times for reliving myself. It is not that i am doing it intentionally but i find no time/ inclination to drink water before 11:00 pm. It is due to hurry/ work.
It also gives you a good feeling to wake up in the night and sleep again. During this time, I make it a point to go to the front door to see if it has been broken or not (Due to caution for robbery).

Hi TK
So if you sleep at 11 pm after drinking 7 glasses of water and probably wake up 3-4 times every night to go to bathroom and also you are concerned with robbery of your house, On top of that you have one of the most eventful and entertaining lives of the CD members .
Just wondering what kind of quality sleep do u get ?

I wouldnt be surprised if like Phantom, the kuruvan 'sleeps with one eye open'.
(even if the eye is open due to a stressed out bladder)
