PR Refused for non-submission of IELTS report

I submitted my IELTS test report on 27th September, but the immigration officer had already sent a letter to my consultant dated 15th September, indicating that my application has been refused as the immigration officer has given '0' points for language.

On inquiring, I have been asked to re-submit my application (same process of sending paperwork) with the cost recovery charges which I am sure is the processing fee.

Has anyone on board been on similar situation?

Hi,

Can you please tell us what they asked you in the interview ? any written test over there ?
