Dear Friends,

This is an invitation to join an online group of people in Canada, who are interested in doing something for the underprivileged children in India. Right now the immediate effort before us is to get CRY registered in Canada. This can be done only if we manage to take the level of contribution from Canada from Rs. 450,000 (which CRY has been able to raise last financial year) to 1 million indian rupees (aproxx.30,000$cdn). which is required for registering in Canada. Our task is to put our effort in generating another 550,000 indian rupees (aproxx.$17,000cdn) for CRY.

Once CRY is registered in Canada as a charity, it will enable the contributors to avail tax exemptions, which will definitely increase the inflow in the long run. The purpose of this group is to have a common platform where we can have discussions and generate more ideas as to how to proceed further.

Perhaps its a cosmic law that those who work for making someone happy, are blessed with an extraordinary form of happiness. If the essense of our universe is life, then whatever preserves life is in harmony with that essence. This one chance to move in that direction.
