I will have to check this. Do you know that replying in the Charcha section of a perticular Network will also result in "membership request"? You can try it, if you want to. I will need some more time to see how to resolve.

"Desi # 1" - Actually most of the sites do not allow special characters as a part of id. I somehow do not have that filter to invalidate any such id and so we came into this trouble.

I will develope a filter on the user-id creation also.

I have tried in couple of network, it allowed me to do that.

Also, I found lot of networks already being created and may go out of hand.

For example: for Delhi and Bombay there are two networks.
