After seeing case of Adobe CEO's son kidnapping one thing came in my mind. What happened if that is not CEO’s son? Here Mulyam Singh Yadav(biggest gunda of north India), Delhi govt, big police officers are in invloved to solve the case other wise this case will come biggest issue in rich/educated/USA return society.

I came from administrative, IAS, IPS family and grew up in Delhi so here is Delhi and neighbor cities are going.


Scenario 1 (all likes that but 5%people)

Because of technology, BPO, auto industry growth there are lot of money with few people. Now days a lot are driving big cars, spending money like crazy or clothes, girls, fast food and anything that money can buy. 23-24 age guys having Maurti Zen and all disco, party places are full these days at weekends.

Scenario 2 (20% people)

All non rank govt. officers, lower rank of cops, politicians, court, lawyers, property dealers, a long list.

These are the people you want don’t want to deal but have to deal all time. Those are the people who have big responsibility of running the offices, govt and do everything that make country safe, strong and civilized.

From where they people come from, their mindset and how?

Delhi/Haryana rate: Police constable rate 2 lakh-2.5 lakh (posting at border extra 1 lakh)

They come from Haryana and UP villages. They sell their little land and arrange money for 8000 Rs salary in Delhi. Make sense?
They have to make at least 30-40K per month to compensate and takes care family in Delhi. All want to send their kids to good school.
After training they get posted in South Delhi from village they can not understand what's going on. Boys are girls hanging out, drinking, smoking, big cars, short skirts, sex, drugs, all night parties, discos.
All these things attracts to everyone. So they start harassing and start making money. They touch the girls also with name of checking.

What you can do tell me? Suspend, you can not. Beat, you can not.
If you speak English then you will put you in jipsy or slap in front of 100 people on street. Your degree, English, USA does not work what works there if your father, brother is class one officer in administration then you are fine and you can do anything.


Junior Eng in DESU, HUDA, HSEB, PWD : 5-6lakh
SDM, Thasildar, DSP, Exectuve Engineer via state exam: 12 lakh

If you pass out from IIT and MIT you still can not pass state exam. The entire list is made before exam. Every Minster has 1-2 candidate and money have equal distribution in democracy.

All the big managers you see in big companies that all we want to be like them are having dog treatment at south/north block in Delhi or Scetrate in Chandigarh. They stand in front of govt. officers. You know what IAS/IPS never sees them. Babu takes file and officers sign them for export license. I have seen their big degrees, experience, US return guys are nothing in front of gods (IAS,IPS, govt guys). This is the way our constitution runs and that can not be changed.


Corruption and constitution of India can not be changed.
Summary - If you are super super rich, celebrities, god or son of god than India is best place for living other are chickens.
