I would think that they would return the passport by whatever envelope you provide them. I provided prepaid registered post envelope and they returned the passport in that.

You can use either Priority or Express or Registered Post. Send them prepaid envelope after filling in your name and address.
Avoid using courier such as FEDEX or Purolator or UPS.
I hope it is ok if I include my question here, most of you on the thread seem to have been thro the process recently, I have been trying to call them for 2 days without any luck , does any one know if it is ok to make one money order /draft for 3 applicants ? the reason why I was trying to confirm this is , you never know if they may want 3 separate ones for whatever reason.
