No problems. 99.9 % they will get the points off. No body will give 100% surety. It least u will increase your chances.
I recently had a speeding with 3 de merit points. I contested and used Ontario Traffic tickets. The court date was set. They argued that it took too long and the adjuster did not rely withng some stipulated days. The judge threw the case out. No Penalty and no points. So if you can fight using some of these points then you can handle yourself. They wll decide only at the last moment what they will use for us to fight. That depends upon how your case evolves.
This was the third time for me in the court in North America.

I hope next time you will have seat belt. It's for safety nothing fancy about that.

Personally I doubt if they can prove that you were not wearing a seat belt and my advise to you would be to fight the case.
I have observed that in cases where the loss to the driver is not much and still he chooses to fight, the officer just does not turn up or they even throw away the case.
I had a speeding ticket (going on 65 at a 50 road). I filed for case - they never sent me a date and now it is past the time limit that I can be tried.
Today my son had gone to appear for his trial (going on 90 at a 60 road). The officers for his and many others' cases did not come and so the cases were dismissed.
I am also told by my friends who have had first hand experience like me, that if it is your first offence, even upto 4 points will not affect your insurance. Almost three years ago I had been charged with speeding at 90 on 60 and since I was guilty (my first ever traffic offence in my life), I simply paid the fine and accepted the charge. However, it has been 3 years since and my insurance has only come down.

YEAH. THANKS FOR THE ADVISE. But you should have asked first why I wasn't wearing seat belt.

Hi Jigz787,
There are no ifs and buts in 100% garauntee. What you have mentioned here almost all companies dealing with it offers. If there is 100% garauntee then what is this money back thing?
They have contradicted themselves.

YES. I got 100 % guarantee to reduce demerit points to zero or full money back.

there is no need to ask the reason why you were not wearing a seatbelt. Common sense and the law is that you will NOT put your car in gear unless the seat belt is tied - so the question is not why you had not tied your seatbelt, but the question is if your seatbelt was not tied, why was your car moving????
