Am not sure if this has been asked or answered earlier. I did trying searching earlier but could not find a related topic.

My question is, if we are carrying out settlement funds in teh form of Travelers cheques, does it have to be in the name of the principal applicant or could it also be in the name of the spouse or dependant.

Will be glad if anyone can help me out.

I guess you can have them in the name of anyone - spouse / children accompanying you.
