Dear friends
I will be canadian citizen in about 2 to 2.5 months. I have job offers in the US which will be finalized in a month or so. I am in a great confusion about two things.
1. Should I start my H1 process on Indian passport ot should I wait for my Canadian citizenship. If I start my H1 process on indian passport, then change to canadian citizenship, would it be a big problem.
2. Should I go for TN visa? My wife is a an indian citizen, so it is easy to get TD visa for her and can we travel from US to India freely without any problems?
Any kinda of input is appreciated
Thank you
Sincerely
Kishore

-- start H1-B , with that you can go ahead and file your GC if you so desire and also be in US for 6 years or more. Canadian Citizenship will have no impact on your H1b

--H4 is easy too and TD has no special advantage over H-4
