was wondering if anyone has any idea
about institutions that offer free dental facilities for kids

I know the U of T Dentistry School Downtown does free work. I'm not too sure if they do it for kids though.

In North York, it was offered by the School Board. Check with your School Office, they should be able to help you, assuming the school board (where U live) offers it.
