Hi There,
Kidly share you experience for London time line. Can Mr. Masood or other experts specify that which month and year of files now London is sending notification for waiving or reauirement of interview?
Our inprocessing file at Damascus been transferred to London in April 2003 and we don't know the status of our file.
Please share your London Time Line.
Thanks.
Mrs. Praveen Daruwala.
processing time is always a tricky one to comment on. WE have files that have concluded in 12-16 months. Others are still waiting and it's been 24 months.

Sir,
At the outset I thank you very much for your profession response to my queries. Today on review some post on this Desi Form, I found a member applied in the year 2000 at Damascus being a resident of Saudi Arabia and his file is still in process at Damascus while our in process file (Business Class) been transferred to London under direction of CIC.
The reason Damascus showing for our file transferred is for the integrity of IRPA which we feel very innocuous. Could your expert shed some light for possible reason of our file transfer?
Further, I have also read your statement on this forum that the priority for all visa posts is to clear all cases within that timeline soon. What is this time frame? For some months or year? Again my query fall under the timeline jugglery but we wish to hear from you sir.
Thanks,
Mrs.Praveen
In the past, there were 9 embassies dealing with business applications. Under new law, all applications will be processed by the embassy responsible for specific jurisdictions. Yours falls under London.
I am trying to stay away from commenting on time line as it has become anyone's guess these days and varies from case to case [especially old files].

Sir, (Attn: Mr. Masoodji)
Again your response confirmed that you are a born barrister. Unfortunately we are too late to realize a professional lawyer like you other wise we would have used your legal service instead of waiting in a long queue and could have better situation.
Any way it’s all fates. May I get some hope from your expert experience that we would have any favorable move in connection to our London processing by this year-end?
Once again I thank you very much Sir,
Aapki Bahan Praveen
Flattery will get you anything ...
Pray & hope that 2004 will be your year. Most probably you will get your visa.
You feel better now?

I have read at some places that the London CHC is sorting out things a bit quickly this year,.
Some people have recieved their AOR's in exactly 3 months of submission as promised by CHC and are told to wait another 15 months for the process to complete. (these applicants are british citizens, dunno if that makes a difference if any)
At one place it says. A gentleman applied in sept 2003 got AOR in a week and medicals request on 13-14 Jan 2004, everyone else is amazed at the time, but not sure what category, understanding is that it was investor class.
To go by the book its 15 months, atleast thats what the experts are saying.
