Hi Aashu, Bhuvanj and everyone who could make it there,
Thank you very much for coming over, giving us and our team an opportunity to meet and interact with you guys and making the event a GREAT success!
I got the feedback from all of you and I am very pleased to state that on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is poor and 10 is extremely good, the average rating of the event comes to: 8.75.
We'll definitely try to improve upon and achieve '10' next time.
Once again, thank you very much for making the session a grand success.

many friends ask my views about buying house in canada.i say after many years living here not to buy if 1.you donot have enough fund minimum 5percent.dont go for zero down2.do not depend on estate agents, they hurry and force to buy, make search and things good to you,not for others.you must keep ten months mortgage in hand after buying3.agent says you can get basement income, that is false.once he or she gets commission, their work done, problem starts with you to search for renters5.i bought house two times, always worry abt mortgage and utilities.laws mostly on renters side, not good for landlords6.house prices may go down when you sell later.consider these things if you want to buy house in canada.
